The detection, anticipation and prevention of failures in the automotive production process is a central concern of all brands. Therefore, its prevention is important, as this can result in the difference between the existence or not of material for production, or, more complex, the absence of adequate levels of safety, which can lead to loss of human lives.
Therefore, reducing, or even eliminating mechanical failures are central aspects related to safety, which any car brand on the market seeks to achieve. In this context, nothing better than counting on the help of Artificial Intelligence to be able to anticipate these failures, however insignificant they may seem. The analysis of the reason for the failure, the study of the causes and their correction assure a better performance than human capacity alone cannot achieve. In other words, AI makes it possible to avoid human error and make brands safer and more resilient.

This type of technology has been fundamental for the constant development of virtual automotive functions that usually run on hardware platforms being shared and introduced as new automotive resources. In these functions, the connectivity of vehicles with different elements stands out in particular, such as with other vehicles, city hotspots, wearables, maintenance services, etc.

From another perspective, one of the great advantages that AI provides is linked not only to the development of equipment in order to promote greater comfort and safety in driving, as well as better communication, but also to be an excellent means of using new technology in favor of sustainability, providing mobility with green, environmentally friendly options. The advancement of AI technologies and applications that make it possible to perform intelligent functions optimize car performance and energy savings, ensure even better control conditions and facilitate vehicle decision-making in different mobility scenarios.

It should not be forgotten that thanks to AI we can have information and follow in real time the location of ordered components, with the advantage of automatically alerting any changes or delays that may occur, providing the necessary adjustments to work processes.

Artificial Intelligence also plays an important role in terms of the driving experience, making it more attractive with the introduction of new features that support drivers and guarantee their comfort and safety.
In general, we can highlight some of the benefits provided by Artificial Intelligence:
